This right here is bald-faced persecution. It is sexism of a kind we see in the Taliban. It is violent othering of the kind we see in Gaza. It is wholly unaligned with both moral and feminist compasses.

Genocide cannot be supported by feminists. Persecution on the basis of sex cannot be supported by feminists. And persecution is not the democratic/minimal or matriarchal/maximal pathway to sex realism and gender abolition.

This progrom is part and parcel of a program that is coming for women of all kinds, too. If nothing else, in your own interests, my feminist cousins, aliven yourselves to the threat to us in the threat to our trans cousins, our immigrant cousins, our racialized cousins, our dissident cousins.

Time and again over the course of this regime's light-speed descent into the Pandemonium of text-book fascism, we have seen feminist organizations demure from confrontation.

This is a mistake. It's a refusal to defend women as much the TQI+.

BECAUSE WE ARE WOMEN we will be targeted in ways we would never have imagined before MAGA came into power. They don't like us working, they don't like how we vote, and they will be sure to enclosed us into unpaid care and support work as a second order effect of cutting Medicaid and SNAP, free school lunches, and making radical cuts and changes to Social Security and Medicare. Once Palantir is deciding what care you get, you and those you care for are real trouble. No HPV vaccines means the return of cervical cancer, and no Medicaid mean's you're responsible for your elders who need care 24/7.

All of that means more family relying on women to replace the social safety net and many of our previously reliable social institutions. That's us back to the 1820s. Or, if the Accelerationists and Neo-Reactionairies have their druthers, the 1330s.

To some of you, the trans issue here will seems like a side-issue. To others the focus on women will seem like a whatabout. Our fates are tied together in the vicious ambitions of this regime. Make no mistake. It's All Against The Fash.

A Balanced Position on Gender Identity Ideology

Let me remind our readers familiar and new what our manifesto has to say on the matter of gender and gender ideology and trans people. We believe that trans people are as varied a demographic as any other on the spectrum from saintliness to criminality. They deserve the same protection and responsibility under the law as we all have.

We believe that the gender system is a hierarchy of power, created within patriarchal societies, and layered over the sexed bodies of people to instill entitlement in men and subservience in women. We affirm that the gender system is a mechanism to enable men’s expropriation of women's bodies and labor as a resource. We believe that the gender system prescribes human potential, personality, and expression of talent in ways that are pathological and traumatic. Thus, we affirm gender non-conformity in our sexed being as a natural and vital practice in the weakening and removal of the gender hierarchy and the violence that defends it. 

Women deserve for the infinite, wondrous, complex, and even flawed variety of our personalities to have free expression without pathologizing them as medical disorders or ‘genders’.

We rather like the Bostock decision. We do not rather like the expanisve reading of it given in various Biden Administration executive orders.

We do not support trans ideology, we do not support teaching children an idealist para-religion in place of material and biological reality. And we refuse the surrender of women's spaces to men under any circumstances.

Trans people have access, and should, to every human right all people do. To vote, to speak, to education, to work, to secure housing, and so on. They do not have access to women's rights. And the thing about rights is that they secure social and economic resources. And there's the rub between gender identity ideology and radical materialist feminism. Rights are not pie, but the too small number of refuges and rape crisis services, the space in a prison cell (this is one of the only organziations trying to track this issue), the scholarship to college, and the prize money that supports athletes training and equipment costs very certainly are.

We understand that we are in the minority with these views. We advocate that social and civil provisions for trans people should be made on their own accord rather than simply handing over women's provisions.

We believe that the end of the terror that is patriarchal gender norms and lies in expanding the expressions accepted BY MEN of their full humanity. We believe that young gay kids or traumatized kids should grow up to healthy and whole gay and het adults. Trans women in men's spaces is far more revolutionary than the current regime, and if you believe that a 12 year old it too young to be a mother, you should believe a 12 year old is too young to transition.

We believe that trans people, gay people, and all gender non-conforming people should be welcome and safe, respected and honored. But, we also believe that these social virtures are two-way streets.

We acknowledge that the trans umbrella is a complicated space populated by a vanishingly tiny number of people who are acting in good faith, and much larger population of men who have a convoluted kind of porn addiction, a desire to do violence to women, or have suffered deep traumas, or all of the above. It is also populated by women who simply cannot live under the regime of violence that is male supremacy and the male gaze.

Our sympathies, support, and solidarity lie with our sisters and brothers who have suffered harm. The porn addicts and rapists, however, can take the punishment and approbrium they have earned.

Women should live free from all forms of male coersion, and that most assuredly includes our lesbian sisters pressured into sex with men on dating sites and in political discourse. All people should live free from the coercion to conform to gender norms and sex stereotypes.

And, not but, AND Medusa Rising will defend to the limit every human being's right to express their personality, style, authenticity, and their dissent to the regime of gender in any way they see fit that does not cause personal, or social, or economic harm to others.
