I once found a playlist called "Feminist Songs to Murder Men To," and it's not terrible, but feminist songs to build world to sounds more enlivening.

Music helps our cells, our vagal nerve, our whole organism to gather and ground itself.

We'll play music to each other and build a spreadsheet of bands and titles for all of us to create wherever we listen.

Drop in, drop by, drop back out. Move as you need!
