Happy Pride!
I just want to say that I know Pride Month has become maddeningly complicated, and that the erasure is thick on the ground, but Medusa's Laugh I hope your celebrations in throngs or in quietude you can totally forget about (entitled identities) for a while and enjoy the fact of your thriving!
To Medusa Rising's lesbian readers, a solemn nod of acknowledgement and a wide grin of joy for your very being!
It has never only been lesbian feminists, but lesbian feminsts have always been a strength in our thought, our creativity, our activism, and our world building.
This pride I am grateful for the growing efforts to claim and reclaim women's land – efforts often led by our lesbian sisters. Never only, but always.

It is among women-only, with concentrated time that we each can learn the feeling of expanding all the way into our skin, right up to the surface, in blazing contact with be-ing and becoming, with each other. Many of the intentional women's spaces where we learn our fullness are grounded by lesbian caretakers and lesbian feminist lineage. This is my gratitude.
